Art show

Last week we had our schools annual art show. This was a wonderful opportunity to share what we have been working on and exploring through art. We believe strongly in project base art. It allows for continuum of experience in the construction of knowledge amongst children and teachers. Most of the art demonstrated was done through short or long term exploration in a community setting. Each piece had documentation to go along with it, this gives parents the opportunity to become aware of their children's experiences through the process of creating.
